- Arrive in Kathmandu: Assistance upon arrival, transfer to Hotel.
- KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Fly Kathmandu to Suketar (2,420m) and trek to Thumma (760m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Thumma to Chirwa (1,190m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Chirwa to Sakathum (1,640m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Sakathum to Amjilosa (2,490m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Amjilosa to Gyabla (2,730m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Gyabla to Ghunsa (3,410m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Ghunsa: day rest for acclimatization
- Trek Ghunsa to Khambachen (4,150m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Khambachen to Lhonak (4,790m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Lhonak to Pang Pema (5,140m, Trek 3-4hrs)
- Trek Pang Pema to Khambachen (Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Khambachen to Ghunsa (Trek 4-5hrs)
