- Arrive in Kathmandu: Assistance upon arrival, transfer to Hotel.
- KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Drive Kathmandu to Bulbule (840m)
- Trek Bulbule to Chamje (1,430m)
- Trek Chamje to Dharapani (1,860m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Dharapani to Chame (2,670m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Chame to Upper Pisang (3,300m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Upper Pisang to Manang (3,540m, Trek 6-7hrs) via Ngawal (3,660m)
- Manang: day rest for acclimatization
- Trek Manang to Khangsar (3,734m, Trek 1:30-2hrs)
- Trek Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Day rest: excursion around Tilicho Lake (4,990m)
- Trek Tilicho Base Camp to Ghunsang (3,900m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Ghunsang to Letdar (4,200m, Trek 3-3:30m)
- Trek Letdar to Thorung Phedi (4450m, Approx. 3hrs)/High Camp (4,925m, Approx. 4hrs)
- Trek to Muktinath (3,760m, Trek 6-7/8hrs) via Thorung-La Pass (5,416m)
- Trek Muktinath to Kagbeni (2,800m, Trek 4-5hrs) via Zhong Village
- Trek Kagbeni to Jomsom (2,720m, Trek 3-4hrs)
- Fly Jomsom-Pokhara-Kathmandu, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Security day/KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Transfer to Airport for further departure.
