Officially, formed in the year 2007, under the rules and regulation of The Government of Nepal - Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, to operate trekking & mountaineering activities in Nepal, with an authorized registration number 1024/066 and the company has well established under the rules and regulations of Nepal Government’s Company Act 2007, following authorized registration number 53276/064/065. The company is also affiliated to tourism-related organisations; Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Himalayan Rescue Association Nepal (HRA) and Kathmandu Environment Education Project (KEEP).
