- Arrive in Kathmandu: Assistance upon arrival, transfer to Hotel.
- KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
- Fly Kathmandu to Suketar (2,420m) and trek to Tembewa (1,880m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Tembewa to Khesewa (1,960m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Khesewa to Mamanke (1,780m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Mamanke to Yamphudin (1,690m, Trek 3-4hrs)
- Trek Yamphudin to Amji Khola (2,340m, Trek 3-4hrs)
- Trek Amji Khola to Torontan (2,990m, Trek 5-6hrs) via Lamite Bhanjyang (3,410m)
- Trek Torontan to Tseram (3,870m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Tseram to Ramche (4,620m, Trek 2-3hrs)
- Trek to Yalung Glacier (4,800m, Trek 6-7hrs) and back to Tseram
- Trek Tseram to Lamite Bhanjyang (Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Lamite Bhanjyang to Yamphudin (Trek 5-6hrs)
