- Drive to Nayapul (1,070m) and trek to Tirkhedhunga (1,540m, Trek 3-4hrs)
- Trek Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,860m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Ghorepani to Tatopani (1,190m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Tatopani to Ghasa (2,010m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Ghasa to Larjung (2,550m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Larjung to Marpha (2,670m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Marpha to Kagbeni (2,800m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Kagbeni to Muktinath (3,760m, Trek 4-5hrs)
- Trek Muktinath to Jomsom (2,720m, Trek 5-6hrs)

- Trek Muktinath to Marpha (2,760m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Marpha to Ghasa (2,010m)
- Trek Ghasa to Tatopani (1,190m, Trek 5-6hrs)
- Trek Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,860m, Trek 6-7hrs)
- Trek Ghorepani to Nayapul (1,070m, Trek 6-7hrs) and drive to Pokhara
