Yala Peak is located in the Langtang Himal region of Nepal. This climbing peak is one of Nepal’s easier climbing peaks and is often climbed along with its neighbour Naya Kanga. From the summit of Yala Peak you get uninterrupted spectacular views of, Langtang Lirung, Lenpo Gang, Dorje Lakpa (6,966m) and the mighty Shishapangma (8,013m) which is made up of three sister peaks quite similar in height with two pinnacles with their respective height of 8,008m and 7,970m sit 200m and 400m to the northwest of the main peak. You also get some amazing views into Tibet.

ITINERARY:

1. Arrive in Kathmandu: Assistance upon arrival, transfer to Hotel.
2. KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
3. Drive Kathmandu to Syabru bensi (1,460m)
4. Trek Syabru bensi to Lama hotel (2,340m)
5. Trek Lama hotel to Langtang (3,330m)
6. Trek Langtang to Kyanjing gompa (3,730m)
7. Acclimatization day: Kyanjing gompa
8. Trek to Yala Base Camp
9. Summit: Yala Peak (5,732m) and back to Base Camp
10. An extra day to attempt Summit
11. Descend down to Kyanjing/Langtang
12. Trek to Lama hotel
13. Trek to Syabru bensi
14. Drive back to Kathmandu, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
15. Security day/KATHMANDU: Sightseeing around the valley, O/N at Hotel in Kathmandu.
16. Transfer to Airport for further departure.
