- Health and Safety: We are much very conscious about health and safety. We pay high attention to your level of physical fitness and your appetite for endurance and adventure, and plan your itinerary accordingly. We are on-call 24 hours a day and in case of any emergency helicopter rescue is available. Depending upon the area and altitude, we do also provide Hyperbaric Portable Altitude Chamber (Gamo bag), Oxygen gas and Satellite Phone to ensure safety. Safe, enjoyable travel is the hallmark of Mountain Celebration Adventure, and the best way to achieve that is a combination of accurate preparation and realistic expectations.
- Budget-oriented programs: Budget is the prime concern, thus keeping this in mind we design and organize special budget-oriented programs.
- Well-paid, well-equipped and proper insured staffs: We ensure that all porters and other staff going above the tree line are equipped with adequate clothing and equipment. Our Company makes sure that our staffs are well cared in every necessary aspect in addition to good salary. We provide proper medical and accidental insurance along with emergency helicopter evacuation for all our staff. Insurance and permanency is essential for workers so that they feel safety in their job, and they will be responsible to their work.

We have highly experienced and qualified team of trekkers and climbers with extensive backgrounds in outdoor activities. Who love their job and are passionate about their culture and their roots. Most of our team has been working in adventure tourism field since more than two decades. They possess in-depth knowledge of local culture, people and customs and are adept at facilitating the smooth and safe operation of trips. Our dedicated, experienced and committed team thrives to provide the ultimate satisfaction to our guests by obtaining thorough trainings and research with experience and feedback throughout the year.
- Porter protection policy: We strictly follow the guidelines listed by the International Porter Protection Group (IPPG - www.ippg.net).
- Access to adequate clothing, boots, shelter and food (appropriate to the altitude and weather)

- We make sure that our porters are:
- Well paid including sufficient amount of return expenses.
- Well-insured: That covers proper life insurance and medical expenses, (Also an emergency helicopter evacuation while travelling in altitude).
- Well-equipped with all adequate clothing and suitable footwear, warm blankets or sleeping bags, mattress, warm jackets, rain gears, gaiters for snow and sunglasses.
- Proper Shelter, either a room in a lodge or a tent (The trekkers' mess tent is not good enough as it is not usually available until late evening) with sufficient food and warm drinks, or cooking equipments and fuel.
- Weight limits, may need to be adjusted for an altitude, trail and weather conditions; 30 kg load at maximum for a porter.
- Use of local workers, resources and products: Our approach to tourism seeks not only to preserve environment and culture of tourist destination but also to benefit the local population by fostering environmental awareness among both locals and visitors. We are motivated in using local workers, resources and products while conducting all tours, trekking and expeditions. We encourage village tourism and use of maximum local products for consumption during all our adventure operations.
